Once your order is placed, the estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that the shipping rates for our merchandise are weight-based. Therefore, based on the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping times are listed below and are an estimate only and YOU AGREE WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DELAY IN SHIPMENT. Pratima® Resort Wear is capable of shipping products to almost any country in the world. Most orders will take between 1-3 business days to process.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service (6-10 business days), UPS, or FedEx. Please note, you will be able to select the shipping carrier you prefer, and you will be able to calculate shipping rates at checkout. This way you can determine how much it will cost to ship your package, or whether you qualify for free shipping. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. However, please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page and may be subject to terms and conditions (such as minimum spend or specific dates).
All orders are sent using registered post or courier and must be signed for, so please ensure that an authorized person is available at your shipping address. If an authorized person is not able to sign for your shipment, the driver will leave a card and the shipment will be returned to the nearest collection center for you to collect. Please ensure your shipping details are correct as we are unable to re-direct shipments once your order has been dispatched.
Though we are able to ship to almost any address worldwide, please note that merchandise cannot be shipped to some international destinations. There may be customs and duty taxes charged by your country upon arrival. Pratima Resort Wear is NOT responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are NOT included in your shipping cost. The receiver at the final destination must pay duties and taxes upon delivery. Please research the cost of duties and taxes before making your purchase. You will be notified of the tracking number when the order has been shipped.
